What is the delivery time for my order?
If you place your order on a business day before 10:00 AM, we almost always ship it the same day, and you will receive it the next day. This applies to delivery countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver our products to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Previously, we also shipped to other EU countries, but as of January 2025, we only ship to the above-mentioned countries.

What are the delivery charges?
For the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, the delivery cost is €6.95 for orders up to €100. For orders over €100, delivery is free of charge.
